This is a perfect upgrade for your Razor Ground Force 24 volt scooter.2.0 amps instead of 1-1.2 and fan cooled unlike any others on ebay!! The fan cooled keeps the charger cool and able to charge 4ah all the way up to 20ah! 
Please Read this part. Check voltage on your plug on your controller that goes to your charger port, if it only reads 0-3volts instead of 25v you will need to modify as pictured above..The one picture of the controller shows the wire you must cut and then the next picture shows you strip the wire and combine it with the main power wire then the last pic shows the charger will then turn red and fan kic on and you fast charger is now working. You can also just make a jumper wire from the little red to the big red and cut nothing.

            Works with all countries, voltage input works with 90v threw 240v!
These chargers by law have NO output until they see the polarity is correct and there is no issues

 Here is a hi end charger, they are new hi quality chargers with the 3 prong/aviation end that has been tested prior to shipping with the output put on the box.. We have the port plugs end solid so it does not start to come apart,like other do, from pulling out of the charger port. 
The charger is a simple to understand with red charging and green is full. It has trickle mode and can be left plugged in to your batteries without damaging them, again unlike many others listed.
  The charger puts out 2.0 amps 
  This is a Excellent charger with fins and (fan cooled) to keep it cool..These chargers put out around 27-27.5 volts and charge quickly and safe and then it goes into trickle charge once the batteries are full.
